the location was certainly a strong point for me. i also enjoyed the included breakfastwith a good start to each day. the staff at reception offered prompt and helpful service .
the room was very small , so I had limited space for luggage and movement.

the location was convenient, giving easy access to the jewish quarter. the hotel bar was nice and i felt safe walking in the area at night.
the design for the sink was not ideal. the toilet was also not designed well, both were hard to use.

The location was central. the staff were friendly. They offered prompt assistance. the cleanliness was really good. i also found coupons for complimentary drinks. It was a nice addition.
the sink design was awkward! it made washing hands somewhat difficult.

The hotel staff were helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations. they were always polite and efficient. finhas and amit were helpful and cute. It made a big difference.

i liked the location a lot. it was easy to walk to many sights. the staff were friendly and they spoke english well, though the bar downstairs also had a nice vibe.
The room was quite small, i wasn't expecting that! the shower leaked into the bathroom. The floor was soaked after a shower.
